Temporary resident visa

A temporary resident visa (TRV) is an official counterfoil document issued by a IRCC that is placed in a person’s passport to show that they have met the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident. Applicant need to satisfy some conditions while you apply to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Some of these conditions are as follows:

Prove to an officer that you will leave Canada when your visa expires
Prove that you have sufficient funds to maintain yourself and any accompanying family members coming with you.
To clear your medical exam
Get a police clearance certificate
Must not engage in any kind of work or study in Canada, unless authorized to do so.

Super visa

A super visa lets you visit your children or grandchildren for up to 2 years at a time. It’s a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years. To be eligible for a super visa, you must:

Be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada
Prove that you have a financial support in a form of a letter of invitation from the child or grandchild who invites you to Canada
Prove that you have a private medical insurance from an Canadian insurance company valid for at least one year
Must not engage in and work or study in Canada without authorization
Prove to an officer that you will leave Canada when your visa expires
